In 1983, Milton and Martha Jeffreys established a small loan business located in Moulton, Alabama. After a short time, we expanded our business to include first mortgages on new homes being built in Lawrence County and surrounding counties. With this expansion, we started contracting and building new affordable custom homes. Today and numerous new homes later, Financial Services of Alabama, Inc. and a sub entity Lifetime Home Builders are still going strong. We contract and build homes in Northwest Alabama, including Lawrence County and surrounding counties.
